INSTALLING A TOILET
1. Make sure the toilet flange is clean and the floor bolts point straight up.
2. Carefully position the toilet over the flange with the wax ring. Press down on the toilet bowl to compress the wax ring, making a tight seal. Attach washers and nuts the floor bolts and tighten with adjustable wrench.
3. Position the tank it on the toilet bowl, centering the spud washer over the water inlet opening near the back edge of the back. There are two holes in the bottom of the tank that you need to line up with two holes on the top of the bowl, then put rubber washers on each of the tank bolts and set the bolts through the matching holes. Attach washers and nuts to these bolts and tighten with the ratchet wrench.
4. Attach the water line to the valve, then to the ballcock tailpiece. Last is install a toilet seat.
